         Supplier -> Manufacturer -> Distributor -> Retailer -> Customer
         ①Raw Material -> ②Work In Process (WIP)  -> ③FG(Finished Goods) -> ④Transportation/Pipeline , In-Transit
         ⑤MRO : 고객이 가지고 있는 자재 (Maintenance Repair Operation) , 지속적인 유지
         ※③④⑤ - 완제품,  By forecasting , Independant Demand
             ①②- Calculation, Dependant Demand
         upstream(자재~고객) : upstream에 있는 entity를 통합하는 것 - backward integraion
         downstream(고객~자재)  : downstream에 있는 entity를 통합하는 것 - forward integraion
         integration은 M&A를 통해서 진행됨

         product, service, cash, reverse logistics, information
         the structure used to deliver the product/service from Raw material  into end customer
         through engineed flow( product, service, cash, reverse logistict, information)

      3. Use EDI(electronic document interchange) , QR, CPFR(Collarborative Planning Forecasting Repleshment) - the tool for sharing information
         QR(Quick Response) : offshore, POS(point of sale) - 바코드 찍는 시점을 supplier에 공유,수요 정보를 supplier에 바로 공유
         CPFR(Collarborative Planning Forecasting Repleshment) : collarborative arrangement -> Joint Business Plan -> Demand Forecasting -> Order Plan -> Order Generation -> Order Fulfilment -> performance evaluation -> Exception Analysis (4phase, 8 activities)
         
      4. VMI(Vendor Manged Inventory)- 현장 대리인이 재고관리(보충까지 포함), VOI(Vendor Owned Inventory)-consignment,위탁 재고
      5. quality of the source : partnership
         ※ types of sources : multiple sourcing (품질은 당연히, 가격이 싸야함), partnership- single sourcing(여러개 중에 개만 쓰는것), sole sourcing(공급할 수 있는 곳이 한곳밖에 없는 경우)
