T-CODE: SPRO, ME51N

경로: Purchasing -> PR -> Release Procedure -> prodecedure with calssification -> set userprocedure with calssification

release code 선택

헤더 부분에  new entries선택하여 새로 생성하기

release code 새로 생성 완료

release strategies에 접속

앞서 생성한 entries에 접속

new entries생성( 새로운 전략 설정하기)

release prerequisites부터 시작 해서 release simulation까지 데이터 입력후 저장하기

PR생성시 위 전략에 맞게 데이터 입력하면 헤더 부분에 release strategy 생성되는 거 확인 완료

practical practice

T-CODE: SPRO,FIORI,ME21N,MIGO

flexible workflow는 fiori와 연동해서 release를 처리하는 것 (fiori기능을 신규로 sap에서 제공하는 것)

SPRO -> PO -> Flexible workflow for po -> activate flexible workflow for po

맨 아래것 활성화 시키고/ condition 0) PO 타입 ENBF에 대해서만 work flow 활성화시킬

 

fiori -> s4520으로 접속

manage workflows for po로 이동

condition 1) purchasing group 설정

condition 2) release po, 특정 유저로 설정

해당 work flow의 행위가를 s4520 po1로 설정

해당 workflow를 활성화 시키고

PO 타입 (condition0) + purch group (z01)에 해당하는 PO 생성

Flexible workflow PO건임을 확인 완료

FIORI -> INBOX

해당 PO건 APPROVE 하기

READY TO APPROVE 상태 였다가

FIORI에서 해당 주문 APPROVE하니 'Release'로 상태 변경 완료

fiori에서 approve하고 나니 migo에서 해당 주문 조회도 가능하고 GR 처리도 가능해짐
