1. Organizational Structures

1-1 Client

1-2 Company Code

company code는 sap fi(financial accounting)에서 legal entiry 임

company code단위로 독립적인 B/S 와 P/L 생성 가능

Company code 단위로 재무결산 및 감가상각 가능

1-3 Business Area

회사 내부적인 레포팅을 작성하기 위한 조직구조

Company code에 종속적인 조직구조는 아님

그러므로 하나의 business area가 여러개의 company code에 연결하여 사용할 수 있으나 보통 일반적으로는 하나의 company code 에만 연결하여 사용하는 케이스가 많음

하나의 company code에 business area를 연결하여 사용하는 경우, business area 대신에 profit center를 사용하는 경우 많음

business area 단위로 b/s 와 p/l 을 작성할수는 있으나 은행정보 나 세금 등의 정보가 business area와 직접적으로 연결되지 않음

또한 결산 프로그램이나 감가상각작업 등 일부도 business area 단위로 실행할 수 없고 company code 단위로 실행 할 수 있음

business area나 profit center는 모두 new g/l에서 document spliting을 사용할 수 있는 조직구조임

 

그외, business area assignment는 다양한 영역에서 어사인하여 사용 가능

business area assignment by plant / item division

business area assignment by sales area (sales organization + distribution chasnnel + division)

business area assignment by sales organization/division channel, item division (item의 division) -> 하나의 sales order에서 여러개의 라인 항목의 division 값이 서로 다르다면 여러 개의 business area가 올 수 있음

※business area를 사용할 것인지 아닌지는 company code 설정 화면에서 세팅 가능 / 이때 설정하는 경우, business area는 필수 필드로서 사용 됨 (posting key, document type 등의 field status 설정과 상관 없음, co, mm, sd 등 다른 모든 모듈에서도 동일하게 필수값으로 입력 받음)

 

1-4 Company

company code와 다른 조직구조로

company 는 consolidation (연결회계) 목적으로 사용되는 조직단위임

company code 를 생성하기 전에 먼저 생성하여 사용하거나 혹은 사용하지 않을 수도 있음

company 에 company code를 연결(assign )설정 작업 가능

하지만, 연결회계 목적으로 연결하는 것이기 때문에 상위 조직이라고 할 수는 없음

 

1-5 Profit Center

profit center는 매출 취합하여 원가에 반영 ( 매출 총이익)

cost center는 비용을 취합하여 원가에 반영 (매출 원가)

전표에서 profit center가 입력되지 않은 경우에도 dummy profit center 입력으로 금액의 불일치 가능성이 없으며,

new g/l의 document splitting 기능일 이용하면 general ledger view에서 채권이나 채무 등의 계정도 profit center 별로 금액을 분리해서 레포팅 가능

profit center 생성 시 설정 하는 항목

1) profit center group 2) segment 3) dummy profit center인지 여부(profit center 값이 없을 때 자동으로 입력하게 하는 기능)

4) lock 5) 사용하는 company code

sap에서 사용 가능한 대부분의 object 에서 profit center를 연결하여 사용 가능

general account(계정코드)에 대해서 기본적인 default profit center 설정 가능 ( 해당 계정코드로 발생한 전표라인에 대하여 default profit center로 설정된 값을 자동으로 입력하고, 필요하면 사용자가 화면에서 다른 값으로 수정 가능)

1-6 Segment -> 이건 정확하게 뭔지 모르겠음

좀 더 자유로운 레포팅을 위하여 신규로 추가된 조직구조

재무 전표 입력 시, 전표의 라인항목 단위로 segment를 입력하거나 profit center 생성 시에 이와 연계된 segment 값을 미리 입력하여 저장 가능

여러가지 다양한 object 와 연결된 profit center 마스터를 활용하여, profit center 값이 정해질 때 자동으로 segment 값이 결정되게 할 수 있음 또한, cost center 생성할 때 segment를 미리 설정하여 자동으로 cost center 값에 의하여 결정되게 할 수 있음

혹은 cost center에 특정 profit center 값을 설정해 놓고 이 profit center 의 값을 가져올 수 있음

profit center 와는 달리 계층구조를 가지지 않고

new g/l 의 document splitting  시에 사용하여 효율적인 재무제표 생성 가능

(segment의 활용은 개별 영업부문 또는 특정 요건을 충족하는 둘 이상의 영업부문의 합으로 리포트 생성 시 해당 segment  활용 가능)
